We liked the fact that Eastern Hills had carpenters who replaced all rotting wood and closed up an unused window. What we at first thought was just a paint job, turned into a beautiful restoration. The crew really delivered for us, all the while dodging my many plants in the garden and near the house. They were also friendly, courteous, and very considerate of my terrified cats. The extra bonus of having clean gutters and windows was icing on the cake. This company is notable for its high standards and the professionalism of its employees. I would wholeheartedly recommend Eastern Hills to others and I will be using the company again myself.

Overall, the quality of the work performed was very good. The onsite crew was always punctual and professional. What really impressed me about this company was their responsiveness when I had called 11 months after the job was done regarding some issues we had with the work that had been completed. Jay, who I met with, was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me what was going on, and how they would address the problems. The crew doing the follow up work did a great job. This experience changed my rating for this company from a low 4 stars to solid 5 stars. The quote I received from this company was one of the higher ones. I hired them because I felt that they seemed to be very customer service oriented. As it turned out, that was the right move. They stood behind their work. We will also consider them for future projects.

I called for an estimate and they were here the next day . We needed repainting of our house and the porch. Alex did a full review of the exterior and determined that our house didn’t need a full paint job, just some minor work, but the porch was going to be a bigger task. He recommended they fully strip the porch, and after sanding, apply multiple coats of stain to enhance the wood finish and protect it from weather, wear and tear. Turned out great! The painting was quick, the porch job was longer and more involved, but we are very pleased with the results. We’ve already recommended Eastern Hills to our neighbours!
